Everything was very professional. Shay provided myself (I came down to look at home and relayed information to my wife back in Colorado) with a varied group of homes to select from based upon our requirements. She spent almost two full days of undivided attention escorting me from home to home pointing out features or flaws that I might not have noticed. She provided me insight into the buying market in the Albuquerque area as well as assisting me with decisions regarding the home we selected (such as earnest money and fair market value). Overall, it was a very stress free, enjoyable and successful experience.
